Hello – I am experiencing an issue with UpDraftPlus where the backup creates three files for the “uploads” folder – they look like this when I click on “Uploads” in the “Backup data (click to download)” section:

    Download uploads (1)
    Download uploads (2)
    Download uploads (3)

When clicking on uploads (1) or (2), the Mac OS X download manager states that decompression failed and the file does not download. uploads (3) downloads correctly, but only includes some files from the year 2014, and nothing else. I assume that the plugin is breaking up the uploads folder into different sections because there is a lot of data in uploads, but I am not sure why only the third uploads (3) folder is able to be downloaded.

Please let me know if you need additional details.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Running WordPress 4.5.2
    Safari Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.17)
    Mac OSX Version 10.11.5 (15F34)

    Hi,

Please can you re-test this with UpdraftPlus 1.12.13 (if that’s not yet available on your ‘Updates’ page, then please wait another 15 minutes).

    David
