multiple upload for images on post

Hi,

Can somebody give me link to some good tutorial for multiple images on posts.. I found one but its on Spanish…

Its not very nice look.. but I think its work.. Did someone have some better? Couple of times I need this option and never found some good tutorial… Or this is better to do with plugin?
