Multiple Trial Coupons Not Applying Correctly

    Hi there,

    Thank you for this great plugin!

    I’ve encountered an issue with trial coupons in my WooCommerce subscription setup. When applying multiple different trial coupons, the trial period does not work as expected.

    For example:

    • Coupon A offers a 1-month trial.
    • Coupon B offers a 2-month trial.

    If I apply Coupon A first, it shows a 1-month free trial as expected. However, when I then apply Coupon B, it displays as if Coupon B cancelled out Coupon A (showing “Free Trial: 2 months”) but it does not actually apply. To make Coupon B actually work, I have to remove the active coupon and reapply.

    Is there a way to have the correct trial period apply when switching between coupons without needing to remove and reapply each one?

    I understand the issue you’re experiencing with switching between trial coupons. WooCommerce has a setting that may help with this under Marketing > Coupons > Usage restriction tab. If you check the “Individual use only” box, WooCommerce will ensure that only one coupon can be applied at a time. When this option is enabled, WooCommerce will automatically remove the current coupon if a new one is applied, simplifying the process of switching between trial coupons.

    This should allow you to switch between different trial periods without needing to manually remove any coupons. If there are any other questions or if I can help further, please feel free to reach out!
