• Awesome plugin! Two questions though.

Is it possible to have more than one To-Do list per user? Instead of multiple users editing one list (multiple people doing 1 thing), I am trying to have separate to-do lists (one person doing multiple things). I’m designing a website for a game developer, who has multiple projects going on at once; I would like to use the Cleverness To Do List plugin to display the progress of each project individually, on separate pages, using the shortcode.

Second question. Are there shortcodes specifically for the Completed tasks? I want to hide the “progress” of my completed tasks, since I would assume completed = 100%, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to do so. It’s kind of driving my OCD crazy to have my To Do have 2 columns and my Completed to have 3.

No there can be only one to do list per user. Maybe you could use the categories to fit your needs. You can use category ids in the short codes to display individual categories.

There are also no completed items only short codes at this time. It may be possible to hide that unwanted third column using CSS.

    Hi!

This is a great plugin – thanks so much for creating it!

I have one question for you – I’m trying to add a checklist on a membership website and grant all members the ability to set their own goals and complete them at their own pace. So:

Member A creates a task to get in shape.
Member B creates a task to eat better.

How can I grant this type of permission and add it to a page where a logged in member can customize their tasks?

    Thanks!

Sorry for the delayed response, I just had a baby last Friday ?? Sounds like you want the individual list type. When you use this type, it automatically shows them their own tasks, including using the todoadmin shortcode.

Thanks Cindy! Sorry for my own delayed congratulations and thank you ??

    Cindy,

One more question – each member has four phases to go through. How can I set the individual tasks so they are new and different in each phase?

    So:

Member A gets in shape in phase I
Member A eats better in phase II

    And so on…

    Thanks!

The only method I can think of is using a category for each of the Phases.
