    As it appears that you have no intention of fixing the issues I am having, I request to cancel my subscription and receive a refund.

    I have placed several tickets of which I get a response, then I hear nothing back. Yesterday I received a ridiculous screen shot that CLEARLY SHOWED THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DISPLAYING PROPERLY!!!! Seriously??? You don’t think it’s a problem if a customer has no way to purchase the product??

    I have not only lost out on multiple sales during my busiest time of the year BUT I also had an ad campaign going with Google of which I also wasted my money.

    I WOULD LOVE IT if you would actually provide support and address the problems that I am having. But since it appears that you have no intention of doing that, I request a refund.
