    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    I found the issue. I had the “required” button check for the tickets which set the quantity to “1” which makes sense.

    I have a similar problem.
    I have only one type of ticket for an event and would like to include the option for someone to order zero tickets as a way to indicate they will not attend. The ticket is not flagged as “required” but the only options are 1 or 2. How can I make 0 an option
