Multiple Themes for Beta Testing

Is it possible to allow users to view multiple theme options? I want to be able to create 2-4 themes for someone and then allow them to pick there favorite. There will be 5-6 people deciding on the theme so I don’t want to have to create theme, make live, everyone view and then repeat process with 2nd theme. I would like the users to be allowed to view each theme as they feel fit.
