multiple templates

i already use 1 custom tamplate on my site and i want to buy one new.

i want to ask you if is possible to use multiple tamplates on same site in wordpress and let users to choose what they want to continue.

if is possible to create 1 single page and ask users what site want to see new or old.
2 tamplates in same site in same path.
