multiple taxonomies query

Hi,

Hope someone can help as its driving me mad! I’ve 3 custom taxonomies:
– categories (cat a,cat b,cat c)
– months (dec-jan,feb-mar,apr-may,jun-jul-aug-sept)
– years (2009,2010,2011)

I wish to list the cats as a menu

You the click cat a for example and shows the posts as follows:
CAT A
JUNE – JULY 2011
– post title
– post title
– post title

APRIL – MAY 2011
– post title
– post title
– post title

I just can’t work out how to do it. I’ve installed the query multiple tax plugin but am none the wiser
