Multiple Support Tickets – No Reply for weeks

Has any other free users experienced a lack of response on tickets?
I’m a free user but Ninja forms’ website says they provide support for free users. I have submitted 2 tickets over the last 7 weeks (May 10 and June 3) for the same question, and both have not been answered.
I troubleshooted to find the source of the plugin conflict, provided verbatim direction to resolve from the plugin having an issue with Ninja Forms, and now I can’t get support.
