Multiple Staff Loop Templates

So I’m sorry if this is mentioned somewhere else but I have a need to represent our staff members in a few different ways throughout the site.

I run a website for a Clinic and we have a number of physicians that we have. We have a page where people can meet those physicians and that needs one template layout. Now a reason has come up to use the same list of physicians for a separate use which requires a different representation of the layout.

If this isn’t there, an ability to have text files in our directory to drop in different templates and then use a shortcode manipulation to call up those files and use different templates might be decent way to do it?
