Multiple Slider no working

I have created multiple forms created in “Contact form 7”
also have created multiple sliders using “WP Contact Slider”
eash slider has a different CF7 SHORTCODE assigned to it
and each Slider is assign to a separate page.

i am suppose to display it on following pages
but only the last slider created is working

example
sligder name “Autocad CallBack” is suppose to display on following link.
https://d23.co.in/courses/autocad-course-info/
It dosnt display the slider

But Last created
slider name “Rhino CallBack” is suppose to display on following link.
https://d23.co.in/courses/rhinoceros3d-course-info/

this works
there are many other pages but but only last created is being displayed.

please advice
