Multiple SKU

Hi

I have set up flexible product fields as a option for Initials on PE kits, There are three option No Initials , 2 Initials or 3 Initials , i have sku’s for 2 and 3 initials. Is there a way of linking these options to the sku and having the text box information go in to the notes for that sku number, our website is linked to our epos in the shop and the SKU numbers are taken from there so all orders are processed straight on to the epos , they information for the initials is not coming across as there is no SKU.

I’m looking for something like these option depending on the customer choice

Pe top girls small ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 123456 )
No initials ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 777777 )

Pe top girls small ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 123456 )
2 initials AB ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 888888 )

Pe top girls small ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 123456 )
3 initials ABC ￡0.00 x 1 ( SKU 999999 )
