Multiple Skins chooser?

  • Okay I did a search on switching skins and skin chooser. I found this post

    Is this how I would start to let people choose their skins or is there a better plugin/hack for it?
    Currently I just have my wp-layout.css edited but I want the option of multiple skins. I’ve seen some help with multiple templates, one which says “#
    # Select the Presentation menu option.” However, my wordpress 1.2.2 doesn’t even have that option!
    What am I doing wrong?
