    Hi,

I am new to using Lightsail buckets and this plugin. I am testing out the functionality of the plugin with BuddyBoss. When I go to my bucket to see view the objects stored. The file structure is separate folders for each image that contain multiple sizes of the images (i.e. 512×512, 600×600, 1024×1024). Source image is 1024×1024. Is this normal? As far as I know, I don’t need all these versions. Is buddy boss maybe creating all these or is something wrong here?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Well after googling around, it looks like WordPress creates different sizes of media by default. So all these file different size versions are perfectly normal. I also checked the directory where media is kept and sure enough the non-offloaded media is saved in various sizes.

This brings up another question for me. Does the plugin count 1 image and its multiple versions as one offload? Or is each individual version counted as one offload? Thanks again!

    Hi,
This media count is counted including the sizes.
The sizes that are stored in the bucket are normal.

I hope the issue is resolved and we are making the ticket as resolved
    Thanks

@rahulacodez. I did see it on the website that these files are counted as one file. I thought I had closed the ticket. Thank you for your response.
