    Hi.

I’d like to congratulate the management of jetpack. When I wanted pre sales support, you forced me to use the forums

What a fantastic business opportunity you have come up with. Instead of giving pre sales support tech support yourself, why not exploit people that are willing to do it for free and that would be slaves to you instead of even saving on third world country wages

whoever thought of that is FANTASTIC – AND AMAZING AT BUSINESS what a great way to ensure your company is making even more money by saving on labor

let’s exploit these supporters on these forums even more, for now and into the future while you can save even more money

GREAT DEAL – GOOD ON YOU ANYWAY, JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU A THUMBS UP

anyway for my question, that someone will answer on behalf of your company for free is

I have multiple sites, but they are all mine. If I pay, does that mean i can support all of my sites for the cost, or is it only per site

Once again, a sucker will answer this question for you, and you won’t even have to pay them to do it

    hahahahaha.

  • Hi @flyingfox82 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m curious if you used the chatbot on our support page to ask your question? If so, then I would like to improve how we handle your question, since pre-sales questions should indeed be treated differently than general support questions.

That said, these forums are monitored by Jetpack staff; it’s a different way of routing and triaging questions, but most if not all are answered by staff just the same.

    So, to answer your question:

I have multiple sites, but they are all mine. If I pay, does that mean i can support all of my sites for the cost, or is it only per site

Generally speaking, each site requires its own Jetpack license. If you are an agency managing multiple sites, we offer bulk discounts via our Automattic for Agencies program, which you can read about here: https://automattic.com/for-agencies/

Please let us know if you have further questions about that!

    Hello @flyingfox82,

Do you have updates about this? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
