multiple shop

hi guys.. got a customer that want to create 4 web shops, 4 shops are in different in countries…. each running there own relevant language on there own independant install… he wants to have just the one stock warehouse, but when an item is sold in any country it will be removed from stock in all the others….. any ideas how to tackle this?
