Multiple shipping rate options

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    I was wondering if there is a way to apply different rates. For example, in a perfect world, Id like the following:

    1) Pull down menu to select prefered shipping method:
    – Regular air mail
    – Express mail

    2) The rates for regular air mail and express mail are different (I guess I need a different instance of AWD or something).

    3) If total wait exceeds a certain amount (eg: 1kg), only Express mail is available.

    Is there a way that any (or all) of the above can be acomplished in your plugin?
