    Hi guys,
    I had setup local pickup for people near me to collect rather than have the order shipped out, but when I go through the cart, I don’t see the option to choose between local pickup and flat rate for those wanting the choice. Any ideas?

    @sreford To offer multiple shipping options to a customer, both shipping methods need to exist within the same shipping zone.

    I’m thinking you might have set up two separate shipping zones, one for each method. That would cause issue, as a customer can only be matched to one zone.

    I’d recommend reviewing the documentation here, on how to set up shipping zones:

    Shipping zones match customer address from top to bottom — the first to match the customer address is always used.

    Even if I have both shipping methods in the same shipping zone, the option to change doesn’t come up in cart. Worked it out eventually.

    @sreford It sounds like the methods might have been showing up, but customers were not able to select between them. Was that what was happening?

    It sounds like you might have found a solution. If you can, please share the details here, which other users might find useful in the future, if they experience similar issues.

    I had added in the flat rate and local pickup for the local pickup option, still wouldn’t show, then changed options from default shipping to default billing address… then multiple choice came up.
