Multiple shipper code

In my current project setup I have wc-vendors installed for a multi-vendor ecom site. My vendors are from different place so the products will be packed by the vendors and needs to be picked up from their location which will be different from the website shipper code. The shipping price needs to be calculated from the vandor’s place and not from the store’s. So what do you suggest, how do i solve this issue
