Multiple SELECT Queries Running

    I have installed Query Monitor on a WooCommerce website where the client is complaining that it’s running very slow. I’ve installed the Query Monitor plugin and noticed that the redirect plugin for CF7 is running multiple SELECT statements. See the image here. https://imgur.com/a/njHfkPf

    Is there a way where I can optimise this so not many select queries are running on the DB? There is only 1 CF7 that is using the redirect. So not sure why this plugin is hammering the database multiple times.
