    Hi Chuck,

    How are you setting up the shortcode?

    If you do something like [user-search search_fields=’First Name,Last Name,Email’], it should put the three fields and only one button.

    I thought I had tried that short code and it hadn’t worked but it looks like it works fine now. Thanks!
