Multiple rules (and instead of or) for display of box

You helped me recently (through this forum) with achieving to show a certain box only on a certain language translation via WPML.
It was through this manual condition, for instance for the Dutch pages.
ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘nl’Now I am wondering if I can keep this language-rule but also add the exclusion of certain page ID’s? How can I say:
Display this box on all the pages that are Dutch, but do not show it on page ID 23. Is that possible within the plugin? Is there a manual condition that says ‘Is not’?
