Multiple Rosters

I have 2 BBQ rosters setup on different pages that use the same information and are identified by the pages they are on. I use a hidden field to do this.

I want to setup another roster with fields related to a art gallery setup and removal. How can I do this as the fields for the art gallery all need to be completely different to the BBQ roster fields. Would these need the Multi Relational database pluging to achieve this?
