Multiple roles with different expiration

I have a site where I use this plugin to manage the membership access to the content. So our users have multiple roles. Now I would like to limit their membership, e.g. for one year. After the expiration the user loses the role, but keeps the other roles which are not yet expired.
Any ideas how to achieve it? Thank you.
