    Hey everybody,

    I use mailoptin to implement sendinblue newsletter subscription within elementor.
    Actually I try to optimize performance. With QueryMonitor I detected multiple Mailoptin Querys, which all are duplicate queries.

    Does anybody know how I can reduce that?
