Multiple Products/One Checkout URL

    Good afternoon

    We really like what we see – clean and simple, with one exception (unless we are being very dumb).

    On successful payment the buyer is directed to the Checkout URL. We have several distinct products to download. Each requires product a separate URL to which each customer would go to download the specific product that customer has paid for.

    From what we see this is not possible as currently implemented, because there is only have one Global Checkout page (rather than, say, the ability to have a separate Checkout URL for each product). (What we do NOT want is Customer A who has ordered Product A to go to a one Checkout URL and be able to download Products B, C, D, etc. as well.)

    Or is there a way to solve this that we are being stupid in not understanding?

    Hi Charles, how many shortcodes have you added in your products page? Do you have one shortcode per product? I think this is what you are referring to?

    This plugin can dispatch the digital item that you are selling on that “checkout” page for all your products.

    Its not a common practice to create a different thank you page for each of your products. Because if you have 500 products then you will need to create 500 thank you pages. That is not very practical.

    This plugin uses a standard setup where you have one page that is used to deliver the digital download for all products on your site. If you just want them to go to a specific page URL as part of the purchase, then you can make that page URL the item url and that will get shown to them after the transaction. Clicking on that link will take them to the page URL specific for that product.

    I’m not clear on your reply. Can we change the thank you URL in the shortcode and having different landing pages. The original post used an example of 4, not 500. We have 50, and we need 50 different pages for specific and legal reasons.

    Is it possible to use multiple “success/thank you” pages? If so, what’s the best way to implement? Thanks!

    No, this plugin can’t have multiple different thank you pages. It uses the same thank you page to deliver any product you sell via that ONE page.

    Bummer ?? So it won’t work by changing a URL in the shortcode? Any chance you can add this feature? Thanks!

    Is there any way you can add this feature? A lot of products and services need their own success page.
