    I’m considering using this for my sales team. Is it possible to have this installed on my site and have 5 sales people available for online assistance? That way if someone clicks to chat once one of my sales reps responds, another one won’t respond as well?

    That’s what I’m looking for.

    Hi there,

    Yes, of course, you can do that by adding another operator seats. 3 seats are available in the free version. You can add more with the Communicator plan.
