    Hello,
Have used this plugin for years happily. Lately however updates seem to cause issues.
    1) Sitemap- When I click “see sitemap” in AIOSEO, I get a blank white screen on the /sitemap page. Google console has this warning: “We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.”
    2) Structured Data > hentry (markup: microformats.org) Missing author & missing update all pages, I think it started after an update approximately a month ago.

I left Yoast to install AIOSEO. I just updated to your latest version before writing these comments. If these issues are related to your plugin, any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi @zeuspress

    1) This is likely due to invalid images fooling our new image scanner for including images in the sitemap. We’re releasing 2.4.2 today to fix this. (If you give me the link to your sitemap, I’ll verify that’s the problem.)

    2) This is from your theme, and would be unrelated to anything AIOSEOP does. No update of AIOSEOP caused this. You can read more about it here: https://semperplugins.com/documentation/hatom-errors-in-google-webmaster-tools/

Thanks Michael, your quick response to your plugin user’s issues do far more to get me to consider your pro version, than all of the upgrade now stuff. Thank you.

On the second point, your plugin has a box “Use Schema.org Markup” which I have checked. Does this have anything to do with it? Thank you again.

Thank you for the kind words. Bugs are inevitable for any major software, but we take them very seriously for all users, paid or free, and want everyone to have a great experience.

You can try unchecking that option, and it may resolve it for you.
