    I bought the pro version, but I waited more than two weeks to get an answer to the fact that the translated texts are stuck to the url.

    After more than 2 weeks, I was just told that this problem had already been fixed and that I had to download the new version, but I just installed the new version, I don’t have any more!

    More serious, the URLs of category and forum refer to 404 pages, at the beginning I thought that it came from the template, and the support of the template worked 6 days on it without finding a solution.

    Then I change template but I have the same problem with twenty twenty of wordpress, and after deactivations and tests, I saw that it is not related to my plugins.

    I wrote to your “pro support” too, but I’m worried, if I have to wait more than 2 weeks.

    I already tried the solution years ago, in the end I lost a lot of money and had to uninstall the plugin losing my translations.

    Now, I’m already at 100 euros of Deepl translation, I hope I won’t be in this situation again!

    Unfortunately, other solutions with Deepl require astronomical amounts for large sites like mine.

    Desperate!

    Hi Pierre,

    Do you refer to the mechanical instruments site I’m investigating? If so, I will let you know more in a few days (it’s not about 2 weeks — you opened the ticket a few days ago).

    If it’s about another issue, please give me more details about it, which of our support engineers you spoke with.

    It’s ok now, the biggest problem, category link, was resolved.

    I don’t understand why this is not documented, I’ve done a lot of research before without finding the simple answer that you shouldn’t remove the “category” from the url

    And someone is working on solving the other problems.

    PS: The answer to my ticket, after checking, took 6 days, as it was the following week, it seemed longer.

    Probably there wasn’t clear at the first glance that we have to deal with a category page.
