    Hi Marcin – kudos for a solid product.

    I have use case where many users need to chat one-on-one with the same vendor. Would this be possible with the Pro version?

    Yes, it is possible. The vendor should have a regular account in your site. Then every visitor can open a private chat window to that vendor by clicking its name on the users list.
