Multiple Prices for Local Delivery Points

I need to set multiple delivery prices for orders inside woocommerce. Location is in NYC so the prices vary with pre-set ranges based on streets. Example:
Canal – Houston – $10.00
Houston – 14th St. – $11.00
14th St. – 34th St – $12.00
34th – 42nd St. – $13.00
and so on …How do i set local Delivery variables based on these multiple geo areas? Is there a plugin that allows this?
Would appreciate anyones assistance. thank you
