Multiple Posts to Facebook and Twitter

Hello,
I tried contacting you via your website but responses to my ticket have stopped.
Since the latest update to WordPress 4.2.3 I have been having a problem with Auto Publish either posting the same thing many times or not at all.
I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled. I have installed each individual plugin for Facebook and Twitter rather than the all in one version and it still doesn’t work.
As mentioned in my support ticket my twitter and facebook accounts are not linked together causing duplicate posts. Before writing this I have confirmed that both twitter and facebook accounts are not linked in their respective settings.
This plugin has simply stopped functioning properly.
