Multiple Posts inside one Single Post

My wife has requested an addition to her blog, but I’m a bit stumped as to how to pull it off.

She wants to do a sort of compilation post on occasion where several posts with the same theme are combined into one single post. This will be done with a slideshow style setup / paged slider. At the bottom and top of the page will be a next button to proceed to the next post/tip in order. She also wants to be able to add additional commentary or updates to the pages.

Any idea how to go about this. I’ve been searching for something that allows me to put a full post into another post and haven’t really found anything of the sort as of yet. Would love some ideas or suggestions!
