Multiple posts – 8 at a time?

Still getting this problem, just deactivated and activated it.
How does this plugin determine time? Can’t be via WP-Cron since every day I manually a trigger a WP-Cron with crontab – and no it doesn’t happen at these times…very odd.
It’s like buses, you don’t get any for a week or so, then you get 8!
