• Wow, that’s fantastic! Thanks! Since you’re in an editing mode (smile), would you consider giving us the ability to have multiple post pages, differentiated by categories? Is that doable? Or am I pushing my luck?

    Thanks,
    Dot

haha…OK, now you’re pushing your luck, although not quite sure I know what you are referring to? If you mean having different menu links to different categories, that can be done from the menu editor by dragging categories into the menu.

I also just now uploaded version 1.2.9 of Longevity, but it has to be reviewed by the review team before it goes live. However, if you are in a rush to get this, you can download the zip file, unzip it, then using FTP, upload the “longevity” folder to replace the existing theme folder “longevity”.

I would recommend making a copy of the theme folder “longevity” and keep it safe somewhere in case you had to revert back to it. Even better if you have a site backup plugin to make a backup first.

…otherwise, it should be live in a few days.

That’s great! Thanks for the quick response! …And no hard feelings about the post page.

Getting back to the multiple post pages concept:

What I mean is, all the posts in a certain category naturally flow to one page, while the posts of another category flow to another post page.

For instance, my site has a post page called “Testimonials” where people who have been a part of our program chime in about their experiences. But then my pastor writes a weekly blog post which I would like to go to a separate page called “Blog”.

    Is that doable?

    Hi,

here is a plugin that is displaying posts of a category on a page while of another category on another page, if you need such thing then her is the plugin
