Multiple Post areas on one Page

I’m new to WP and PHP. I’m trying to setup a site that would let people write journals. The journals have four writing prompts (questions) that are to have responses written as replies. I would like to have a page with four post areas (instead of the one area that come up now) and each post area labeled with a writing prompt.

I’m looking for something like this:

Question 1:
Post area

Question 2:
Post area

Etc…

I’ve look for this in the forums and ‘Googled’ for it as well, but can not find how to do it or if I did, did not understand what I was looking at.
