Multiple plugins installed by one plugin

Hi

A while ago, I came across a plugin which, when it installed, actually installed a core plugin along with a bunch of addon plugins – all in one zip file (automatically downloaded from WP). Has anyone come across this plugin? Because I can’t remember the name and I’d like to figure out how it does/did it.
