    Really appreciate your work.

    I’ll try to describe the issue as a story. [Sorry in advanced]

    So, here is an issue I’m facing currently.
    I’m not clear if it’s a bug or most of the payments work like this.

    Here is the scenario:

    We have a [paid] membership only site.

    Members are allowed to cancel anytime and then they can still benefit from the subscription till the subscription end date.

    So, let’s guess a member subscribes today for 1 month.
    So, his membership expiry date is March 20, 2019.

    Let’s say he decides to cancel the subscription and cancels.

    Then later today, he decides to subscribe [RENEW] again today.
    He clicks the renew button, pays the amount and a thank you message [Payment successful].

    So, now he has paid for two months and the expiry date for his membership should be April 20, 2019. Unfortunately, it’s showing March 20, 2019.

    I believe this is a minor bug.
    Is there anything I am missing out?

    I think that this is happening by design, I’ve already pinged our Membership 2 lead developer on this though, to double check. I’ll keep you posted here as soon as I’ve got some updates.

    Hello there @tht52,

    hope you’re doing well today! ??

    I had some feedback from our developers and it seems that currently, we cannot carry the remaining days to the new subscription because not all payment gateways support that. There might be a chance that Stripe can support this, but this will require some custom coding in the plugin which surpasses the scope of our support, so you’ll need to hire a developer to custom-make this for you.
