Hello. I’m using multiple payment gateways in my site.

?”Affiliates” takes all sales referred regardless of payment gateway? Should I pay the affiliate no matter what payment gateway used the customer?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

That depends on how it is integrated. Are you using any e-commerce platform like WooCommerce? In that case, it wouldn’t depend on the payment gateway, i.e. it would record sales regardless of the payment gateway used.

    Cheers

I’m using Woocommerce. Ok, so there is no way to show my affiliates just the sales with paypal payment… or at less restrict the payment of commissions to my members, only for purchases made with paypal.
So I am forced to have only paypal as payment gateway? I mean, if others gateways are used, and if the affiliates don’t have an account on that gateways, I must transfer funds to paypal to pay them.

No, that’s independent. You don’t need to stick to a specific way of paying your affiliates. For example, in your shop, you can take payments using Stripe and pay your affiliates by bank transfer if you desire. The affiliate payment aren’t automated anyway and you simply use the info from the Totals section to make your payments.
