multiple page use of plugin

Prompts are broken down into categories

adventure
horror
sci/fi

I want to have a page for each of these three prompts. On each page I want to include a new instance of this plugin. With each instance of the plugin I want the category to match the prompt. So essentially the end user does not select categories. Each instance of the plugin on each page creates a post for 1 specific category. In this example the three categories would be

Adventure
horror
sci/fi
