Multiple Page Names suddenly appearing in banner header picture

In Chrome and Firefox (haven’t checked other browsers), I suddenly see THREE page titles inside the banner photo. There used to be just one, which I have been trying to get rid off, unsuccessfully so far, but now there are three.
How do I get rid off all of them?
