    Hello,

    As of today, orders are debited multiple times to the customer. There are actually several payments visible in Stripe, and this creates new duplicate orders.

    By deactivating the “new experience” in the settings, the problem disappears.

    I understand the orders are debited multiple times to the customer, and several payments are visible, when the “new experience” was deactivated the issue disappears.

    Can you please enable the log error messages or debug mode? This is under WooCommerce > settings > payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages.

    Once enabled and the settings are saved, please try again to reproduce the issue. This should generate a log that you can check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Check if any error message is visible).

    Let us know what you find, that information will help to investigate.
