Multiple Order Refunded Notifications

Hello,
As of yesterday afternoon we are receiving multiple email notifications for the same order that was refunded. The emails are exactly the same and are being sent to both of our store email accounts and, I assume, the customer. The refund was only actually processed once through PayPal, but as of this morning, we are still receiving emails. Sometimes they’re just minutes apart, sometimes there are hours between when they are received, but they are always the exact same email for the exact same refund. Any idea what could be causing this?
