Multiple Order Entries

I am getting customers who receive errors when ordering and thus accidentally are ordering twice and woocommerce seems to be sending bad numbers to ship station, example, the order total was $125 with 50% off so the new total is 65$ and shipstaion is showing it as $0. We are experiencing problems like that since the updates.
