Multiple option

    when i create a node and the bot receive a text or a pattern, I would like to add multiple options for a response. For example, I dont want to add 30 nodes for hi, hello, hey, Hy, Hi, hello there, how are you etc. How can I do that?

    1. How can I make quick replies with an icon in front of it?
    2. How can it recognize a question? The question mark is not recognized I would like to add a question like “do you love me?|do you love me!|do you love me???” but the question marks are not recognized and the users receive the default message.

    In CRM how can I automatically receive the subscriber’s phone number, email address and how can I send them a regular message? What is the purpose of this CRM ?
