How to sort out these duplicate products with 0/- value??

From your description, it appears that some products are being duplicated on your Facebook Shop, with only one version displaying the correct price and stock details. This can be a bit confusing, and it’s important we get this sorted out for you.

Please ensure that you have the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Outdated versions can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

Next, try to resync your products with Facebook after disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce. You can do this by going to ‘Marketing‘ > ‘Facebook‘ > ‘Product Sync‘ in your WooCommerce settings. Click on ‘Sync products’ to initiate a fresh synchronization. This process may take a while, depending on the number of products you have.

If the issue persists, it’s possible that the product IDs on Facebook are not matching with those on WooCommerce. This can happen if products were manually added to the Facebook Shop before syncing with WooCommerce. In such cases, you might need to reset the Facebook Shop and sync again. This sounds like out-of-stock products are syncing. If WooCommerce Out of stock visibility is selected, the product must be in stock in order to sync. Linked here is the related documentation, for your convenience.

Just to be sure, could you confirm this setting is checked under?WooCommerce >?Settings > Products > Inventory?

?WooCommerce >?Settings > Products > Inventory>Out of stock Visibility(ticked to ‘Hide out of stock items from catalogue’), but it still shows the products in facebook catalogue.

Thanks for providing the requested information above.

In this case, occasionally, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the only way to fix strange issues. This requires a code snippet, which you can read more about here.
