• After some people purchase we’re getting multiple notifications and there are duplicate entries in the submission table.

    How can we fix this?

  • Not sure why this is happening. I’m not getting duplicates so it’s a bit difficult to diagnose.

    I will investigate and see if I can find anything.

    I think it might be when people make mistakes in the form and it gets bounced from PayPal. We only have a regular PP account – perhaps with the business account it would be different – you’d only get an event AFTER the sale has gone through
