    Why is it that when I published story A. and published story B … PUSH notification of story B will cover story A .. But other push notifications are not like that.

    How can I enable push notifications such that if I published two stories on my website Newsonline Nigeria the two stories will still be visible on the user’s or subscriber’s top bar?
