Multiple name fields not passed to email

    Hi,
    I created a form where the user enter it’S firstname and last name from a single multiple label name field, where the tag is {name-6}. But in the email sent the {email-6} tag doesn’t fill anything. Everything else is working fine. Thus, I suppose there’s a trick since i used multiple field (e.g. {name-6-first}{name-6-last} or something similar), but i cannot find anywhere how to retrieve the data. Can you please point me in the right direction ? Thank you very much !
